English and Literature Department in collaboration with English Department UIN Sunan Gunung Jati Bandung conducted National Community Service in Boarding School SMA Insan Cendekia which is located in Pattalasang, Gowa Regency on 25th-26th November 2022. This program was carried out at the first time as the realization of Cooperation Agreement signed by both department since UIN Makassar dan UIN Sunan Gunung Jati had run the MOU for several years. There are three speakers namely; Dr. Andang Saehu, M. Pd., CHS., as the head of English Department Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Dr. Nurholis, M.Hum., and Hasbi Assiddiqi, M.A. are  the lecturers of English Department from UIN Sunan Gunung Jati participated in this program. Besides, some lecturers of English and Literature Department UIN Lauddin Makassar also supervised the students who were also involved in learning activities in the class as the form of cooperation program. They taught the students in that school learning English by using interesting game. Some games seemed encourage them in learning English and actively involved in learning activity. Mustakim, S.Pd., M. Pd. as the headmaster of Insan Cendekia boarding School highly welcomed the program as it could develop students’ ability in English skills. He also hoped that it can be carried out continuously at the future.
