On Saturday, March 16, 2024, Lingkar Perempuan Global collaborated with the Learning Center of English Literature and Himpunan Mahasiswa Bahasa dan Sastra Inggris, successfully hosting an international webinar. The webinar was held to commemorate International Women's Day and the anniversary of the Global Women's House.

One of the main objectives of this webinar was to deepen participants' understanding of how our abilities impact our performance and how adopting a Growth Mindset can unlock our true potential, leading to breakthroughs in personal and professional achievements, based on the experiences shared by the speakers.

There were five speakers from different countries: Lesley Robinson from the United States, Apols Garmay from the Philippines, Quyen Vu from Vietnam, Putri Sri ardiatnti from Indonesia, and Sarith Hong from Cambodia. These inspiring individuals are founders of communities that support women's empowerment.

The event commenced with a captivating video introduction, followed by Andi Muh. Fairuz, the Master of Ceremony, taking charge of the proceedings. The webinar was masterfully moderated by Waode Surya Darmadali, the founder of Lingkar Perempuan Global.

The webinar concluded with a heartfelt quote from one of the speakers, Putri from Indonesia: "Love is an open door. When you love your dreams, that love will open the door to your dream, and maybe one of the doors you open is being here!"
