“People come and go, that’s a life” And here the story began. 60 days didn't seem long, there were lots of laughs, joys, and sorrows shared with our comrades in arms, our apprentices at that time, which consisted of six people. Six characters and six different egos will take shelter at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport of Makassar. After taking care of all the documents needed for our internship, we were placed in the customer service section, which serves passengers if anyone wants to ask about departure information, the location of tenants or various other types of questions. We have also met various types of passengers, there are those who are angry because they missed their flight, even though it is beyond our responsibility. We as customer service, only direct it to the airline. There are also passengers who have lost their wallets. We try our best to help look for them. Who would have thought that we would be rewarded by being given donuts as a thank you?

During our internship at the airport we were given a lot of knowledge and experience, one of which was outside of our routine job desk. We were always involved in various events, such as commemorating Heroes' Day, we were encouraged to wear a kebaya dress code, we participated in celebrating Christmas by distributing hampers or chocolates to small children and there was also an emergency plane crash training event. Our interns were given their respective roles, including being a reporter and the family of a victim who had an accident and coincidentally, I got the role of a victim of a serious accident. We all carried out our roles, like playing a drama according to what was instructed. We also met many mothers and fathers who participated in this training; they all really entertained us during the training process.
