Department of English Language and Literature, Adab and Humanities Fakulty, held an activity that was really needed by students, it's language strengthening with the theme "TOEFL Preparation Tips and Tricks," presenting two great speakers, Dr. Serliah Nur, S.P.D.., M. Hum., M. Ed., Director of the International Office of Alauddin Islamic State University of Makassar, and Muhammad Yahya Rahman. This activity was held at the Lecturer Theater of the Adab and Humanities Faculty on June 3, 2024.

In the opening, Dr. Serliah Nur, S.P.D.., M. Hum., M.Ed., emphasized the importance of TOEFL preparation for students in supporting their studies and careers internationally. " Good English language skills, especially in the TOEFL test, are one of the keys to competing globally, "We hope that this activity can help students prepare themselves better," She said.

With a program like this, it is hoped that students majoring in English language and literature will be better prepared to support their careers and further studies. This activity also shows the department's commitment to improving the quality of education and preparing students to compete at the global level.
