Thursday, 25 of November 2021, one of the English and Literature Department Lecturer, Nirwana S.Pd, M.Pd
participated in the study abroad preparation program at the State Islamic
University of Samarinda organized by the Ministry of Religion. Together with 6
other lecturers, Nirwana will participate in this activity for 1 month starting
from November 25, 2021, to December 25, 2021. This program is attended by 250
lecturers under the Ministry of Religion through a strict selection process.
Lecturers who take part in this program are expected to be able to prepare early to register for the 5000 doctoral scholarship program abroad which will be opened by the Ministry of Religion in mid-2022. In addition, the participants were receiving intensive foreign language training, such as IELTS for English and TOAFL for Arabic, participants are also equipped with other important things such as preparing research proposals, the process of getting a supervisor, and registering at several overseas universities. all participants also receive a living allowance during activities and transportation costs from the ministry of religion.
