Humanity Lecturers Association under The Ministry of Religious Affairs. are organized by ADIA ( Association Adab Lecturers)  has conducted annual program which had been held by IAIN Palang Karaya at Best Western  Hotel for 2 days on 30^{th -} 31^st May 2022. The program was attended by all the deans, deans deputy, head and secretary of departments who served in Faculty Adab and Humanities.  There are two agendas that were arranged, they are the dean forum that were attended all deans and dean deputies  that  discussed and designed  the next program that will be conducted in the faculty. It has been assigned in the content of MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) which is extended in every 4 years. Other agenda was attended by the head and secretary of English and Literature Departments from all The Ministry of Religious Affairs, such as; UIN Alauddin Makassar, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, UIN Sunan Kalijogo Yogyakarta, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi and UIN Sunan Gunung Jati Bandung.  

Based on the meeting, all departments discussed the form of cooperation in the field of education, research and devotion to society. In the term of education, it was authorized the agreement in order to enforce the new curriculum “Merdeka Belajar kampus merdeka”. There were also some agendas that should be handled to support the implementation of  MBKM curriculum, namely students exchange and visiting lecturing. Therefore, they need to consider the similarity of all subjects in their own curriculum to encourage the students in deciding their interest for the subject based on  for their future academic  needs in other department and university as well. Besides, they also discussed the accreditation preparation for the department that will be accredited in the nearly time. The head of LITA (Linguistics and Literature Association) Dr. Meinarni Susilowati, M.Ed. also suggested to arrange the activity for every LITA member to be a host and speaker in that monthly seminar. The last, the forum decided to conduct review curriculum that will be held by English English Literature Department UIN Sunan Kalijogo in Yogyakarta next August 2022.
