4th October 2023. The faculty of Adab and Humanities, Department of English Language and Literature held an Inauguration for the Research Center and Capacity Building, and  Dr. Nasrum. S.Pd, M.A. Who is the Lecturers of English language and literature is appointed to lead this program. The program is launched by a Vision that it will help Strengthening and Empowering the Research Culture and Capacity Building of Employees and Lecturers of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities. To achieve this vision, the program is run by missions such as  Conducting international conferences, designing a bi-weekly forum, holding Research collaboration among the Faculty members, and Strengthening the Capacity of Employees and Lecturers of the Adab and Humanities Faculty.

 This center of Research and Capacity Building also views to encourage the sustainability of research and Encouraging Lecturers and Students to conduct collaborative research with parties outside the Campus.

With his appointment as chairman of the research center and capacity, it is hoped that he can build a research culture and ethical culture.
