Gowa, 29 September 2025 — The Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) at Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar once again demonstrated its commitment to recognizing outstanding educational staff. During the monthly morning assembly held on Monday, 29 September 2025, the faculty presented special awards to two top-performing operators.
One of the award recipients was Saharuddin, S.Pd.I., M.Pd.I., an operator from the English Language and Literature Department, who received the Outstanding Operator Performance Award. The recognition was presented directly by the Dean of FAH, Prof. Dr. H. Barsihannor, M.Ag., in the form of a certificate of appreciation and a development incentive.
In his remarks, Prof. Barsihannor emphasized that the award was granted in recognition of performance that exceeds standard expectations, as well as sustained dedication and long-term service within the faculty. He noted that such recognition is essential to encourage a culture of excellence and professionalism among academic support staff.
This achievement marks a source of pride for the English Language and Literature Department, as Saharuddin is regarded not only as an administrative operator but also as a key figure in ensuring the smooth implementation of various academic activities within the department.
